DIRITTO DI RECESSO (ITALIANO)
Ai sensi e per gli effetti del Codice del Consumo, così come modificato dal D.Lgs. n.21/2014, al Cliente è data facoltà di esercitare il diritto di recesso, senza alcuna penalità e senza specificarne il motivo, entro 14 giorni di calendario dalla data di consegna del bene acquistato. Per avvalersi di tale diritto, il Cliente dovrà inviare, entro i termini indicati, una mail all’indirizzo customer@arrivapresto.com,con oggetto: RECESSO in cui vengano indicati i propri dati, e cioè Numero d'ordine: (indicare il numero d'ordine relativo al/ai il/i bene/i acquistato/i) dati acquirente: (indicare nome, cognome, indirizzo, telefono, e-mail) prodotto per il quale si esercita il diritto di recesso: (indicare marchio, nome e formato del prodotto e codice del prodotto come da riepilogo ordine inviato nella spedizione originaria)
Non appena inviata tale comunicazione, il CLIENTE dovrà spedire, a proprie spese e con un corriere di propria scelta, il prodotto che intende restituire.
I costi diretti della restituzione dei prodotti sono a carico del CLIENTE. Il prodotto reso dovrà pervenire all'indirizzo sotto descritto entro al massimo 14 giorni di calendario dalla data in cui ha comunicato il recesso. Una volta ricevuto il prodotto reso, arrivapresto.com procederà, al rimborso relativo al prezzo pagato per il prodotto/i per il/i quale/i si è esercitato il diritto di recesso, entro 14 giorni di calendario dal giorno in cui è stata comunicata la decisione del recesso, a patto che il bene oggetto del recesso sia pervenuto all'indirizzo sotto descritto, o sia stata fornita prova inequivocabile dell'avvenuta spedizione tramite corriere.
Il cliente sarà ritenuto responsabile, e quindi non risarcibile, per la diminuzione di valore dei beni risultante da una manipolazione diversa da quella strettamente necessaria a stabilire la natura e le caratteristiche del bene. Per i prodotti ad uso personale, per motivi igienici e sanitari non è possibile restituire prodotti già utilizzati.

Tutti i rischi relativi al trasporto del prodotto reso sono a carico del Cliente.
La merce dovrà essere restituita integra, nella confezione originale, completa in tutte le sue parti (compresi imballo ed eventuale dotazione accessoria) e completo della documentazione annessa ed in perfette condizioni di vendibilità . Fatta salva la facoltà di verificare il rispetto di quanto sopra, arrivapresto.com provvederà a rimborsare l'importo dei prodotti oggetto del recesso entro un termine massimo di 14 giorni. Come previsto dall'art. 56 comma 3 del D.Lgs 206/2005, modificato dal D.lgs 21/2014, arrivapresto.com può sospendere il rimborso fino al ricevimento dei beni oppure fino all'avvenuta dimostrazione da parte del CLIENTE di aver rispedito i beni all'indirizzo sopra citato.
Arrivapresto.com eseguirà il rimborso utilizzando lo stesso mezzo di pagamento scelto dal CLIENTE in fase di acquisto. Nel caso di pagamento effettuato con bonifico, e qualora il CLIENTE intenda esercitare il proprio diritto di recesso, dovrà fornire a arrivapresto.com, accedendo alla sezione contattaci, le coordinate bancarie: IBAN, SWIFT e BIC necessari all'effettuazione del rimborso, da parte di arrivapresto.com.
Il CLIENTE potrà esercitare il diritto di recesso anche inviando una qualsiasi dichiarazione esplicita e firmata contenente la decisione di recedere dal contratto con tutte le informazioni relative ai dati del CLIENTE, dell'ordine (data di acquisto e numero d'ordine), del prodotto.
GARANZIA LEGALE DI CONFORMITA' - RESO PRODOTTI DIFETTATI
In caso di ricezione di prodotti non conformi agli ordini o difettosi, il CLIENTE, dalla data di ricezione del/degli articoli difettosi, ha 4 giorni consecutivi per notificare ad arrivapresto.com il problema riscontrato. E' necessario:
- inviare una email a: customer@arrivapresto.com specificando:
- nome e cognome cliente
- indirizzo email cliente
- recapito telefonico cliente
- numero d'ordine
- data di acquisto
- 4 foto di : pacco (imballo interno ed esterno), del/dei prodotti quindi dell'eventuale danno o malfunzionamento . Le foto debbono essere scattate non più tardi di 4 giorni successivi al ricevimento della merce.
- documento di consegna del/degli articoli oggetto di contestazione
arrivapresto.com, ricevuta la mail sopradescritta, invierà una mail di autorizzazione al reso con una specifica etichetta da apporre all'esterno del pacco. Senza di essa, il reso non si riterrà autorizzato e, quindi, non valido ai fini di una eventuale rimborso.
i costi diretti della restituzione dei prodotti, tramite corriere a propria scelta, sono a carico del CLIENTE. Il prodotto reso dovrà pervenire ad arrivapresto.com entro al massimo 14 giorni di calendario dalla data in cui si è comunicato via mail il difetto. Una volta ricevuto il prodotto reso, arrivapresto.com procederà, al rimborso relativo al prezzo pagato per il prodotto/i per il/i quale/i si è esercitato il diritto di recesso, entro 30 giorni di calendario dal giorno in cui è stata comunicata la decisione del recesso, a patto che il bene oggetto del recesso sia pervenuto all'indirizzo più avanti descritto o sia stata fornita prova inequivocabile dell'avvenuta spedizione tramite corriere. Il CLIENTE ha libera scelta di trasformare il credito vantato in buono regalo spendibile sul sito www.arrivapresto.com

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (ENGLISH)
Pursuant to and for the purposes of the Consumer Code, as amended by Legislative Decree no. 21/2014, the Customer is given the right to exercise the right of withdrawal, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of the purchased goods. To make use of this right, the Customer must send, within the terms indicated, an email to the address customer@arrivapresto.com, with the subject: WITHDRAWAL in which their data are indicated, namely Order number: (indicate the order number relating to the goods (s) purchased) buyer data: (indicate name, surname, address, telephone, e-mail) product for which the right of withdrawal is exercised: (indicate brand, name and format of the product and product code as per the order summary sent in the original shipment) As soon as this communication is sent, the CUSTOMER must send, at his own expense and with a courier of his choice, the product he intends to return. The direct costs of returning the products are borne by the CUSTOMER. The returned product must be received at the address described below within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date on which it communicated the withdrawal. Once the returned product has been received, arrivapresto.com will proceed with a refund relating to the price paid for the product (s) for which the right of withdrawal has been exercised, within 14 calendar days from the day on which the decision of withdrawal was communicated, provided that the goods subject to withdrawal have reached the address described below, or unequivocal proof of shipment by courier has been provided. The customer will be held responsible, and therefore not reparable, for the decrease in value of the goods resulting from a handling other than that strictly necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the goods. For products for personal use, for hygienic and sanitary reasons it is not possible to return products already used. As required by art. 56 paragraph 3 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, amended by Legislative Decree 21/2014, arrivapresto.com may suspend the refund until receipt of the goods or until the CUSTOMER has demonstrated that he has sent the goods back to the address mentioned above. Arrivapresto.com will make the refund using the same means of payment chosen by the CUSTOMER during the purchase phase. Without it, the return will not be considered authorized and, therefore, not valid for the purpose of a possible refund.the direct costs of returning the products, by courier of your choice, are charged to the CUSTOMER.
